Simple, per-seat pricing

A developer seat is anyone who runs the crewkit CLI and generates sessions. Dashboard viewers — managers, leads, and stakeholders who only view analytics and reports — are free and unlimited on all paid plans.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

At the end of your 14-day trial, you can choose to continue with a paid plan or switch to the Free tier. You won't be charged unless you explicitly select a paid plan. All your data is preserved regardless of which plan you choose.

Annual billing saves you 25% compared to monthly pricing. You pay upfront for the year and can add seats at any time (prorated). For example, Team annual is $29/seat/month billed as $348/seat/year.

The Team plan requires a minimum of 3 developer seats, and the Business plan requires a minimum of 10. The Free plan includes 1 seat. Enterprise minimums are negotiated.

We believe in transparent, predictable pricing. You only pay for developer seats — people who actively run the CLI and generate sessions. Managers, leads, and stakeholders who view dashboards and analytics are always free, on every plan. No usage-based surprises, no hidden overage fees, no charges for API calls or storage. If a developer leaves mid-cycle, we prorate immediately. You always know exactly what you'll pay.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Business and Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
